Dreamer’s Nightmare is centering the story on a coming-of-age for two of the main characters of The Dragon Prince prior to the events of the series. Filled with fun animal shenanigans and initially framed as "Ezran's Pokemon Adventure", the true crux of this tale was how two brothers were coping with losing their mom and, ultimately, it was a story about processing grief.
