For this Teamfight Tactics: Lore & Legends mini cinematic, Sarah Westerfield Kondeati and I set out to tell a small but epic story: Burno’s attempt to prove himself worthy of Wolf’s notice. The challenge was striking the right balance between mythic intensity surrounding the Noxian afterlife and TFT’s playful personality. We decided to center this tale around the Little Legends, working closely with Little Zoo Studio, we highlighted the arena first and foremost… massive, intimidating, and seen through the unique perspective of the Little Legends. The final piece captures both the grandeur of the battleground and the comedic twist of Burno’s rival stealing the moment.

Working within a deliberately tight 30-second format, we focused on telling a fast, punchy story while pushing visual quality as far as possible. The constraint encouraged the team to prioritize bold character moments and clear comedic timing rather than extended narrative beats.
