I joined the creative leadership team shaping the “Still Legendary” cinematic for Teamfight Tactics Set 16, partnering with the animation studio Brunch to celebrate the legacy of League of Legends. Designed as a love letter to Runeterra, the film is layered with iconic moments and subtle Easter eggs for fans to discover. Our team met several times each week for detailed creative reviews, refining everything from character performance—like Miss Fortune’s signature smirk—to environmental realism, including the way clouds distort across wide camera angles. Alongside paintovers and photobash explorations used to guide the animation team, I also contributed an illustration that appears in the cinematic at the 0:30 mark. The score, composed by Arcane collaborator Mako, blends classic League themes into a medley that reinforces the set’s deep connection to Runeterra’s lore.
